Considerations

Please keep the following information in mind:

Gift cards are available in any denomination between $25-$1000 and expire 12 months from date of activation.

Children are welcome at the studio as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Please take complete responsibility for your child while at the salon as a courtesy to the other mothers and fathers trying to relax and enjoy services. No running, playing, yelling, or rough housing will be allowed in the salon at any time.

We pride ourselves on customer service and completely understand that sometimes, "life happens". Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us by calling 718-227-5010. We do request at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This is strictly to protect our staff. As is the industry standard, all of our service providers work on a commission only basis and are not otherwise compensated for missed appointments. For this reason we kindly ask for as much notice as possible.  If a client cancels/reschedules more than 3 times in a row, management reserves the right to restrict the client to services on a walk in basis only.

Some services at the salon (ex., bridal parties) require the reservation be held with a credit card. Your card will not be charged upon booking and you are welcome to use another form of payment after your service. Failure to show up at any appointments held on your credit card will result in a charge of 50% of the originally booked service fee.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items (handbags, clothing, etc.). All clients have the option of changing into a robe for color services. We strongly suggest taking advantage of this.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express, as well as debit cards.
